Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city.
The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying.

We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling.
I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need.
The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.

Olga was a very friendly and had a very warm personality, even though
she couldn't speak English well. Nevertheless, she made my wife and
I felt very welcome to her place. She even helped me organize a ride
from the airport to her place (very helpful!). The room we got was comfy
and very clean. There was free Wifi connection. The location was great,
which was literally a 5 min walk to the nearest Termini Metro Station.
The breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee they served was the
best

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at La Porta B&B. It is only a short walk away from Bologna metro station, and three stops from Termini. My room was pleasant, and there was even a fridge and a microwave in the room. Breakfast was provided at the bar around the corner; a coffee/cappuccino and a sweet pastry. Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is situated 10 minutes walk from the metro station Bologna.
The railway station Triburtina only 1 metro station (direct connection to the airport). Close to the hotel there is also a supermarket (Tuordi) when you can buy cheap. The breakfast is served in a bar near the hotel - you can choose any cake as well as cappucino or mineral water. Good value for your money.

la habitacion es muy bonita y comoda con internet, television plana y cocina, super util, ademas la ducha masaje es estupenda para relajarte, el hotel esta en una calle muy tranquila y en un barrio muy agradable con tiendecitas de todo tipo y restaurantes variados, esta muy cerca del autobus al centro 50 metros aprox. y el metro esta a 10 minutos
