Cristina is the most helpful host we ever encountered: speaks splendid english and helped us with all the information we needed. The room was sparkling clean and the towels changed daily. The location was very suitable for a peaceful stay: very quiet during the night, 10 minutes walking distance from the Dome and still away from the center crowds.

The main advantage of the hotel is its hostess Christina who is extermely friendly and charming. She also speaks English well and is always affable.
The room was big, comfortable and clean. The same I can say about a bathroom. The breakfast was good for Italy (coffee, fresh rolls, croissants, yoghurt).
The hotel properly is close enough to Santa Maria Novella train station, the most city sights and Mercato centrale.

Betta deserves 5 stars for her friendliness. She makes you feel at home before you even step inside. She is always there to help in any problem and ready to give you advice, suggestions. In fact she has an answer to any query. The Residence is within walking distance to the railway station and the city centre. A bus stop is just outside the door.

Betta was extreamely warm and a perfect hostess. She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. Breakfast was perfect, and Betta made sure we all got hot coffee, as she ran around doing all the work herself, since her assistant was sick. Thanks a lot Betta for a lovely sta

The room was excellent very spacious and clean. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

The room opened up onto a balcony and provided a pleasant place to catch up with my travel log. The room decor is interesting and spacious. Breakfast was good with home made bread every day. Location is in a quiet residential area and close to several good restaurants, shops, and a self-service laundry. It is within easy walking distance to the Duomo.

The location and accommodations were amazing. We came back early after visiting Venice and they accommodated us , no problem. It is blocks away from the train station and blocks away from David. Great location, clean sheets, amazing coffee. I will stay there again. The man even took us to the airport when we left. It felt like home away from home.

When we got there we were immediately accommodated by their friendly staff. Before heading to our rooms our host gave us a map and suggested the best places to visit! The owner of the b&b, although spoke a language we didn't speak nor understand, he was able to make his concern and care felt. We actually felt like our grandpa is taking care of us. All in all it was a great experience- great b&b and staff!

Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence.
Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on.
We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes.
Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking

All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

I stayed at Lady Florence for two weeks. I was very happy with the choice. The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence.

Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire
Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco
and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the
Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms.
Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff
ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay
memorable! We strongly recommend the place.
