  One of the best places we've ever stayed ! Excellent unpretencious facilities, wonderful friendly staff. Beautiful pool.Quality unexpensive food and wine. We went to north side to Piano Provenzana.4x4 bus took us to highest plateau (not the to - A lovely little hotel, with a picturesque view of Etna. We had a room with a view, and a private patio. The rooms were very clean. The Sicilian cuisine was very tasty, and the Limoncello liqueur was delicious. It was also very good value for money. The staff were very friendly, and Luca gave us a very warm welcome as soon as we arrived. It was so nice to have the use of the pool at any time of the day or evening. We spent a fantastic four days at 'La Terra Dei Sogni', with our family, and

  El trato del servicio ha sido agradable y ha estado predispuesto a ayudarnos. La habitación era muy amplia y muy agradable. Tenía parquing interno muy útil. - El establecimiento está bien, desayuno bien. El problema es el personal no está cualificado para llevar un hotel, un desastre! Tuvimos un problema con la documentación al no devolvernosla ... lo que la gente dice » y tuvimos que regresar al hotel haciendo muchos kms. Al regresar exigimos una compensación por los gastos ocasionados (gasolina, peajes), y la actitud fue negativa y a regañadientes aceptaron.
