This was the perfect location, quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. With no other hotels in the area, it was very laid back, in contrast to nearby towns which were a bit touristy!   The staff and Giuseppe were very friendly. The appartment was very clean, the kitchen was basic but we managed.   It was our first time in Gravedona and the hotel location cannot be made any better – it sits just on the verge of the lake Como so that you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape from your room (do ask about the location of a room when booking, although even the rear-facing rooms offer a fine view on the Alps). If you have not arranged your own transportation to the hotel, drop an email to the hotel - It was a pleasure to stay at Tullio Hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, with a nice view on the pool and the lake. No smell, no noise, very comfortable bed, good shower and good breakfast. Basically no any single disappointment, but only positive surprises. You will not regret it!!!! After traveling around, we came to the conclusion that it was probably the best location for us, very quite with possibility to have a nice walk along the lake till the centre of Gravedona, from the neighbor

  Included loan of bikes to explore. Spacious apartment with plenty of seating. Fab swimming pool and table tennis. Included wifi. Giovanna and staff very helpful, and accommodated us for longer when they learned we had a late flight back. 5 mins walk from supermarket so easy to self-cater.
