Extremely helpful owners and staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were there for the first snow of the season and by the time we had finished breakfast the hotel car park, and the cars, had been cleared of snow by the owner. We were attending a tournament in Asiago so were late in each evening, but there was always someone in attendance to get us drinks when we arrived back. The staff were very friendly the place was different and the spa pool area was so relaxing and beautiful.Delightful fam .ily run hotel nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to take care of you.The food and the table settings were amazing. Lovely place to stay.
