The hotel is located off of a narrow, winding drive up from the main road around Lake Como, but there was plenty of parking.   New hotel with large rooms and high standard of fittings. Our room overlooked snow capped mountains over a lovely valley. Breakfast included boiled eggs and sliced meats. Brioche and fresh fruit also. Staff extremely friendly helpful and kind. Car parking is off street for maybe five cars at a pinch but the street offers more spaces.
