La limpieza de las habitaciones - La amabilidad y simpatía de los dueños. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, muy limpias y en general todo el hotel está muy bien y nuevo. El desayuno muy bien, con un capuccino excelente. El servicio de shuttle hasta el aeropuerto.

The guest house was almost brand new and was therefore very clean, modern, and comfortable. I was given a large double room, which was fully air-conditioned. Staff were pleasant, helpful, and spoke good English. Highly recommended! -
We were greeted with coffee and cake. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. It is a good place to stay if you have to catch an early flight from Malpensa but its not easy to get into Milan if you want to go for an afternoon.

The staff was quite accommodating. We had decided to return our rental car the night before so not to hassle with it the morning of the flight. The staff set up the free shuttle to return us to the hotel and take us to the airport the next morning (15 minutes each way).
The restaurant was very good and wait staff (many family members who also own the hotel) were very friendly, polite and offered anything we wanted to eat either on or off the menu.

It was exactly what you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable, efficient and very friendly staff. This hotel is probably the closest and cheapest hotel to Milan Malpensa airport. It has all the facilities one would require. We stayed two nights (between onward flight connections) - the shuttle bus took us to the airport (and return) on our free day so we could do some Milan sight-seeing and shopping - the Malpensa Express train is an excellent way to travel between the airport

Avisé de la salida del avion de mi jefe a las 06.30 .. y todo eranproblemas .. al final ellos asumieron los gastos del taxi. Undiezzzzzzzzzz - Sirve, ya que esta cerca al aeropuerto y al otro dia tenia un vuelo, me sirvio la ubicacion!
