The house is located on top of a hill in a quiet and green area outside of the old town, but it's very quick to walk into town. Salvatore, the host, is very nice and attentive. We rented a one bedroom apartment and it was huge with a full kitchen, living/dining room, very large bath, big bedroom with comfortable beds and a balcony that ran the entire length of the apartment. The balcony could be walked on but was really too narrow for chairs. Large french doors opened onto the balcony from the bedroom and living room.

A wonderful place at a very reasonable price,one of the most comfortable 'hotels' we have ever stayed in.Calling it a B&B does it no favour as it is more like a luxury apartment with a tremendous view of the city. Very friendly and helpful hosts, an enjoyable breakfast, access to a very safe garage and above all proximity ,2mns'walk, to the extremely beautiful town of Ascoli Piceno. We will go there again.
