The staff couldn't do enough to help, and went above and beyond. The rooms were ridiculously clean - very well kept and maintained. Food was lovely - breakfast everyday on the terrace over looking the lake is the best way to start the day. Dinner in the restaurant at night was equally impressive, and food was beautiful and reasonably priced. The hotel was far better than we expected. On the lake's edge next to the ferry. The quality of the food & service was the best in Argegno at the same price as other restaurants. The waiter de-boned the baked fish at our table. Try the crepe suzettes prepared at the table. You can eat there even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Breakfast was under average and some of the bread seemed to be from the day before. Parking is free, but limited and can be a little tricky, but it is truly a minor problem. Small bathroom, but not a major problem. - the bed was not good. It was an old bed with a new bedbottom. Car parking a bit tight if you arrive late. Can't say anything bad about it. bed was too soft and lumpy floor in room squeaked not an easy sleep. Rooms roadside very noisy-food menu limited. only english speaking tv chanel CNN news. The hard bed. Nothing. strange policy for the heating : rooms 4 hours per day, corridors full day.
