  A lovely hotel, with great service, comfortable rooms and a rooftop pool. The rooms are spacious, with a good repair, air conditioning and a great bathroom, a safe. The hotel has a lovely wi-fi. Wonderful beach against th - Excellent hotel, very good location for a quiet vacation. A little bit far away from the city center, 40 minutes walk, but beach in front of the hotel is much better than in the center. Special thank to owners of the hotel - great family, lovely, friendly and always willing to help. The hotel room was very good, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious, it should be mentioned homemade pastries and good coffee. It is the best hotel in Anzio. I am highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

  Our two day visit coincided with their first day of operation this year and the weather was lousy. But the place was so nicely appointed and the host so accomodating that we completely enjoyed our stay. Our host Rino put out a complete and delightful breakfast and then allowed us to use his large diniing table all day to assemble a picture puzzle.... lo que la gente dice » The building was completely remodeled only two years ago and is kept immaculate. The internet was supplied by cable to the small desk in our room (fa - B & B is situated outside Anzio, but there is both train and bus connexion to town. Nice beach vith fish restaurants. Fantastic sunsets. Clean and nice decorated rooms. Very nice garden. Very good and plentiful breakfast vith home baked very tastyful tarts. The owners very friendly and helpfull.

  Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly - Roberta, the chef, created one of the best dinners we had in Italy for our 2 week vacation! Great outdoor area includes huge deck, 2 large pools and beach volleyball.
