The room was spacious, well designed and clean. The air-conditioning worked well and the wifi was fast.
There was a communal kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Coffee and tea were free.
The owner was very nice and friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out.
The location was good as it's very close to the Florence SM train station. Even though the rooms are on the 1st floor, the owner helped us with the luggage so that's not a problem.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved that it was close to the train station without being near all of the noise and also to most of the major sites. The room we were in had an amazing view of the Dome and bell tower. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The man who works here was incredibly helpful. We were running late on a train about to miss the check in window, and he waited an hour pass the set check in window for us. Hotel Aline is a great for anyone on a budget. In our triple room we had a sink and shower, so sharing a bathroom down the hall (only a few doors down) didn't bother us at all.

To be honest, way worth it's money. Location was perfect, staff friendly, everything clean. I was surprised it was only rated as a 1-star hotel. I have been in other places that supposed to be rated higher but cannot be compared to this hotel.

The receptionist was so helpful, friendly, the location is just amazing, almost everything to see in Florence is walking distance. The whole place was super clean, I wondered how they keep it that way. wi-fi works so well, there is a commune computer as well. also they allow you to drop the bags off at the lobby and come back later, after you check out.

location: 5 minutes to a train station Santa Maria Novella and 5 minutes
to Duomo. It is situated right in the city sentrum what makes it a
perfect place both for these people who came to Florence for exploring
the city for several days and who came to do shopping. Stuff is very

We couldn't have hoped to have lived at a better hotel, particularly
from the point of view of its location, literally a few steps from the
piazza della signoria and the palazzo vecchio (and also extremely close
to nearby attractions such as the uffizi, bargello and ponte vecchio).
The hotel itself is quite wonderful, and our room was clean and more
than adequate for our purposes. We'd chosen the 'private
bathroom outside the room' option, and it ended up being only a
minor issue (if at all).
