The guesthouse was 24 hours, somebody stayed up all night to let guests in. We went to an Eminem concert and returned at 2am with no problems what so ever. We need to book a taxi for 7am the same morning and the gentleman that let us in insisted he would sort that out for us so we could go to bed. Also the plug points didn't work at all in our roo

Very friendly. - I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to where i needed to go. I would stay there again and recomeded to others.

Staff/owners are really friendly and you can see they take care about place and continously improve it.
It was really nice and warm (it seems obvious but I stayed in few b&bs in Dublin and that is not always the case)
Shared bathrooms were nice and clean (i had sink in my room just for myself which wss nice) and bed linen was clean and crisp,

The staff is very attentive careful and friendly, the room is big enough with a huge window and a sink. The linen is snow-white and the bed is really comfortable. Carrolls shop is just opposite. My double room was like two singe rooms on different floors, so that everyone has each own private space. I would definitely stay there next time!

Great location for us. Great pub The Celt just around the corner as well as supermarket not far. Many other pubs/food outlets close by. Close to all attractions. Room was dated however clean comfortable and good size. Under new management and other rooms undergoing revamp. Very impressed with staff on arrival, during and leaving. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk into the city to visit the sites, shopping and dining. Maurice was also very helpful by zllowing us access to our rolm a little earlier due to our arrival time in Dublin. We've booked another night there when we return from our travels around Ireland. -

The room was great, the toilet and the shower were very modern and clean.
The biggest benefit is that there is a bar downstairs which is very useful for a tired traveller :).
