  This is the second time I've stayed in the Shelbourne Hotel and will definitely be returning. Stayed with a friend of mine just for a night away to catch up and do some shopping etc. location is absolutely perfect, a short stroll to Grafton Street, and surrounded by great pubs and restaurants. Was weighing up whether to stay at the Westbury or her and we were so glad we picked the Shelbourne! It is just in a class of its own and seems to have more on at night too. You could just sit in the elegant foyer and people-watch all day! Everything in this hotel was as you would expect for a 5* hotel.   Lovely old bulding in nice area of Dublin , very friendly and helpful receptionist , our suite on top floor was amazing , we loved four poster bed and wonderful hot tube. There was selection of dvd's to watch , air condition , well equiped kitchen and even sauna in the suite ! Balcony and special room with pc and even printer were there too. We had amazing st - We are regular visitors to Dublin and always stay at the Roxford Lodge. The staff couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble...even arriving early in the morning. Tea and coffee is available all day. And the breakfast is something else. There is secure car parking. The hotel is very convenient for the city centre, the RDS, the O2 and the Bord Gais Theatre. The bus from town stops outside. And finally, the rooms are very clean and comfortable with all the amenities o
