  I had a very enjoyable experience on a weekend in Cork with my friends. We found the Ashley Hotel to be a great spot to stay right in the centre, close to all the best, high-street shops. My room was nice, very clean and bright, had a comfortable double bed, although I booked a single room for myself. Hotel's car park is a great advantage.   The facilities at Achill House were very good and this combined with the friendliness of the staff, made the stay very enjoyable. As I have a partial disability, the staff were excellent in helping me cope with the stairs and we were offered a choice of different rooms to suit my disability. I would certainly recommend this B&B to anybody staying in the Cork a - The staff is very friendy, and any issue you may have they will try to solve it. The room i was given it was in the ground floor close to the main door, so I ask for another one on the top, and I was changed without problem. As well in the room was a little bit cold and the staff turn on the heater. Also I was offered a tea and cookies when I arrived. The hostal is 10 min walking to san patrick street, when i stayed it was quiet and i had a good rest there, the beds are quite comfortable.

  A real home away from home. The owners were lovely - friendly, helpful, and very knowledgable about the surrounding area. I didn't have a plan for my two days in Cork, however they were able to suggest destinations, restaurants, attractions, and possible itineraries that more than filled in my time. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Cork, and hope I can make it back one day. - The owners of this b&b are such lovely people. Both of them couldn't do enough for me. I was there for an interview and the lady of the house took me to my destination without been asked. I will definitely be returning next time I go to Cork. I definitely recommend this B&B.
