Lo que la gente dice
Everything. Mr.K and every member of the staff was extremely helpful and kind. They made our short stay in Udaipur memorable. Beautiful rooms, good location, it's walking distance from tourist spots. Highly recommended.
The staff was very friendly and helpful; good and inexpensive
restaurant; the pool (but we didn't use it as it was too cold), nice
small garden with flowers and turtles. 15 mins walking to the city
centre. Nice design.todo comentarios »
The ambiance was very soothing, giving a personalized feeling all along.
The staff made us extremely comfortable with their congeniality. Lovely
experience.
We arrived off night train at 7am. Was shown straight to room. The 2 man restaurant team worked very hard and provided a good service, always with a smile.
Pool area lovely. Premium rooms are much nicer and great value for money. Good value massages. V helpful staff and good rates on taxis to Jaisalmer.
Hotel's inner and outer design is amasing: painted ceiling, coloured
glass windows, cosy balconies on the upper floor. They really make you
feel little details of true India. It is also very nice that after
intense day you can come back into their quiet garden and relkax
drinking tea by the pool.
Piscine, charme.
Nothing, everything was perfect.
We had two rooms - the more expensive one with the balcony was good but
not great: it was extremely cold, there was no hair dryer and towels and
bed sheets had stains, the tv was very old. The cheaper room was very
dark as windows were overlooking some walls and the toilet was extremely
smelly. The internet connection was very poor.
Housekeeping could not be done anytime during the day, may be because
they have a small staff.
There is a big difference in room quality. Pay extra if you can afford it for the premium rooms.
Location requires you to take riksha to the center or you need to walk
in a noisy road for 15mins. Riksha fee is funny though and because of
the distance you get quietness at night.
