Exceptional staff and service. Very well trained and knowledgeable. Butler service was perfect. The view from our room was great as well. We could see the Taj Lake Palace, the City Palace and the Jag Mandir straight ahead. I highly recommend this hotel and would go back to Udaipur just to stay there. -

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and all the staff were outstanding. We celebrated our wedding anniversary during our stay and the hotel couldn't do enough for us. It was the most romantic experience and we wished we could have stayed longer. Spa treatments were excellent, the food delicious and our delightful waitress, Rose made it very special. Altogether sheer perfection.

Our stay in Hotel Tokyo Palace in Jaisalmer was amazing! The hotel staff (especially the front desk maanager, Gyanchand, who was super helpful and friendly the whole day) was the best! We felt so comfortable the whole time. Great to have the swimming pool, and a rooftop overlooking the whole city and right in front of the fort. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was lovely as was the food. It is a lovely place to escape when the chaos of the city becomes too much.
We were given a room upgrade and the hotel organised a cake for my husband's birthday. Wonderful experience
