The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived to the moment I
left. There were so many personal touches that it is is impossible to
mention them all! Location is fantastic for the sea, restaurants, colaba
etc. the room was in pristine condition with many complimentaries on
arrival. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, the best service I've had from a hotel in years. The rooms were immaculate, equipped with all comforts. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt like a big hug every time I lay down! Swimming pool area was also very nice and the views from both sides of the hotel are lovely.
Would highly recommend a stay here in Mumbai.

We arrived late at night, at a sister hotel and were immediately transferred to the Oberoi with complete efficiency. The facilities and food were 1st class and the staff were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. -

I love this hotel. All the staffs are very helpfull.I checked out and was hanging around and they gave me a room near the kitchen to stay free ontill evening. I was very happy with this hotel. Staff was friendly, room are clean and
up to date. For me the location was perfect because I like to travel by
local train. Station, Khar road is just around the corner. I have seen
some other hotels in Mumbai in this price range and sometimes they are
shockingly bad, but hotel is value for your money.

Centrally located in Pune. Nice, clean rooms (though they show their age). Staff (both front office and F&B Service) was very courteous. Reasonably priced buffet with good options. Food taste was ok, nothing very great nothing bad as well. -

The room was clean, and we could check out late (1pm). Because our flight was only on 1am in the morning, the staff offered a free locker for our luggage and gave us a room that night so we could take a quick shower and change clothes. Excellent service! - go
