  Super excellent luxury hotel on Juhu beach. Close to high end shopping. The Lotus restaurant overlooks the Arabian Sea and the Buffett for both breakfast and dinner were excellent value for money. The staff were brilliant and we received a personalised greeting at 2 am!   Everything... Excellent guest services , especially this lady by the name of Varsha. I was greeted by her friendly smile upon arrival and departure. Check in/ Check Out processes were fast and efficient. Housekeeping service was very good. My room was unintentionally left with the dnd sign on. Transport is also convenient. - Everything about the hotel is amazing. I had my spectulations when i checked the prices online and saw the rooms pics online, but rooms are as per the images displayed; clean, comfortable. Very friendly staff and took good care of my family. The mall and shopping complex just downstairs made shopping and eating arrangements easier.
