Fast check-in, offered help with luggage (unlike the Radisson the week before). Plenty of bottled water in room, fresh lillies in room, request for room with bath met. Room scrupulously clean, modern decor, quiet at night so slept well. Extensive room service menu, food arrived promptly and was delicious. Breakfast buffet very tasty as well. Staff all helpful.

This is a great hotel, with attention to the detail for their guests.
I was there on a short overnight stay returning to the airport next day. Airport pickup and drop off arranged through hotel.
Definately use this hotel again. -

I stayed at Shanti home twice, once at the beginning and once at the end
of my India trip. It is a little way from the city centre, which is nice
as a bit quieter and anyway only 3 minutes from the metro. It is a
lovely, spotlessly clean place and the staff go out of their way to make
you welcome. The food is their rooftop restaurant was some of the best I
had in India and anytime I return to Delhi I will always stay here.
