first class service and accommodation.I have stayed in hotels 46 weeks each year for 30 years and this hotel was exceptional value for money, most helpful staff, very high standard of decor and one of the best small hotels I have experienced. - Nice and clean rooms. The hotel was absolutely perfect for the money we spent. We loved the location near the lake and the swimming pool with the spa. Breakfast and dinner were included, and the food was just fantastic. Would recommend Flamingo to anyone. -

This is a simple guest house but a very good one with excellent facilities for the money.

Owners were VERY friendly and helpful. Bike hire was available from Eden Villa. Big front yard with lots of grass, trees, seating, a wood fire oven and spa. Only 2kms from Lake Balaton.

Hostess was extremely kind, very friendly. Did our laundry for free and was even prepared to give us a ride to the train station. Breakfast was great. Rooms were new, clean and included nice balcony. Beach closest by was 10 min. walk. Swimmingpool was great extra. -

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Our host was most obliging and helpful. Our room was spacious, air-conditioned and well set-up. The WiFi worked well. There was a good selection of food at breakfast with the option of some cooked eggs, etc. The hotel was close to a small supermarket if you needed some supplies and it was 10-15 minutes walk from the basilica/castle area and some excellent restaurants which our host recommended. Parking was easy.
