I loved the view from my habourview room, from the Sky Lounge and the rooftop pool terrace! The hotel really has a perfect location. I also liked the room itself which was very big, clean and nice. I also appreciated the friendlyness and good English of the staff and the quick check-in and check-out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay very much. -

Breakfast was superb, plenty of options, on level 18. View was to die for, our room had beautiful harbour views, and meal in restaurant was very good, staff helpfull. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay the the Langham! The staff are amazing, the hotel and facilities the best we have stayed in. A great location as well. Highly recommend staying here. - everything was excellent.we arrived in the morning but they gave us the rooms in 10 min.the rooms were very quiet,it was a pleasure to stay there.

letsbookhotel.com went way out of their way to salvage my trip to this
fabulous hotel. I made a mistake while booking my trip, and Booking
helped by talking to the Hyatt management, sorting out the mess I made.
We are here 4 more days, and are getting very spoilt by the service,

The room is spacious and the bath room is huge with separate bath tub and shower. The water flow in the shower is very strong and very good, consistently warm temperature without any shocking cold water interrupted. The twin bed is big enough for me to share with my 5 years old daughter. Our stay was very comfortable and we would stay there again.

Staff were friendly, check in efficient. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and fabulous bathroom. Toiletries were of a good standard and free minibar items a bonus, although not as good brands as those in the free minibar of another (cheaper) hotel we had stayed in the night before in HK. Food in the restaurants was expensive but we had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant, which has an incredible view over the city, and the breakfast was also very good, so worth the splurge. Wonderfull hotel, the room was big and very comfortable. It has big bathroom, with incredible view and nice dressing room.
Service was very professional. Cleaning was fabulous, room was sparkled! Good location in the center of the city, near big shopping mall. There are a lot of restaurants.
