I'm really impressed by the services provided by the hotel staffs during my 4 nights stay at Butterfly on Hollywood. I love 'Hollywood' themed rooms & walkways & I've always looked forward to coming back to my hotel after a long hustling day out in the city. The staff was highly professional. You are greeted right away. There is a doorman who opens the taxi door and takes your bags. The don't expect tips (obviously giving one doesn't hurt). The hotel room is very nice the Courtyard Marriott Brand.

room to be in a higher floor, as some buildings across the street limit

an Ipod and speakers in the room. Free wifi in the room. There's a
subway station in front of the hotel, so it's conveniently located.

The hotel was located in Kowloon close to the Olympic MTR station (about 5 minutes walk). The rooms were only small, but I believe that this is not unusual for Hong Kong. The room was clean and tidy and well stocked with toiletries the were refreshed each day.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room came with included breakfast which was adequate, but somewhat limited in variety.

The staff were extremely friendly and English was great. The hotel room was very comfortable furnished brilliantly large Screen which I plugged my Apple TV in to. Shower was 10 out of 10. Food was brilliant I am from England and thought the Breakfast was lovely, I had the american break but was just like an english break, hash brown, sausage (which was good!) bacon beans (they must of been heinz!) Scrambled egg!
