Loutro itself is a must stay destination along the South Coast, bypass the rest and stay here. But I think there are nicer places right on the beach for the same money. We stayed in a twin room with en suite with our 9 month old son. The room was nice if a little rustic, the view from the spacious shared terrace was fantastic. We requested a cot which was not ready and was rather antiquated when it arrived. The shower was more of a trickle. But these negatives were minor and we had an enjoyable stay. The place is set back behind the harbour front, up some steep steps, although nothing is very far away in Loutro!.
