Very helpful staff, very nice rooms, an excellent restaurant, secure underground parking nearby, location right in the centre of town, excellent breakfast, good value.
Convenient town centre location for the Fasnacht festival. Fairly close to public transport for exploring the surrounding area.

centrally located in town. very convenient. facilitiy was very clean.
Lack of a lounge area for coffee / drinks with other guests / friends. Having said that there are plenty of coffee houses and bars in the vicinity of the hotel.
