  Even though we were late for our check in - we received a warm welcome. The room is very comfortable (especially the bed) and the added bonus of luxury toiletries. The breakfast was taken outside in a lovely garden and nothing was too much trouble.   The hostess was very gracious and accommodating. She was there when we needed her and yet granted us our privacy. She provided us with a lovely breakfast.   The owners and the staff were excellent and could not have been more welcoming and friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with a very good standard of breakfast. Location was good - a short walk to the town centre and very close to the lake.
