We booked a family room and the bill on letsbookhotel.com showed a price. Only afterwards we were told that an additional fee for the kids should be added (was not on letsbookhotel.com). Was a fair additional fee, but better mention it up front. Total price was still ok however. But you should avoid suprises. Clean, good beds/ matrasses, helpfull staff, sauna which is nice after skeeing, free Public Transport Pass for taking bus (but they should be aware of and communicate that buses from Altastenberg/ Winterberg go back to Nordenau only until early saturday afternoon.).
