We received a very warm welcome. The staff was very helpful, nice and always available.
The apartment was very clean, the bathroom, the kitchen, the rooms, everything was perfect. It was big and well arranged. Anything needed was put at disposition in the bathroom and the kitchen, which was very useful.

the black forest. Spacious and cozy. Great location if you're

the visit in the park and it really eased on our schedule.

We did not explore the city Of Rust, but for a trip to EuropaPark the location was great. We reserved a 3 bedroom apartment, which was more like 2 bedrooms and the some bunk beds in the main room/kitchen. It was plenty of space for a family of 4, but you could also fit up to 8 in there. Frau Hoffman was super helpful at check-in and check-out. The apartment was large, very nice, and easily accommodated eight of us. The apartment was also very clean and close to Europa Park and other destinations in Southern Germany and the Alsace Region of France.
