Friendly and relaxed, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Good value. Wood fire in the bar. Ski-hütte with Glüwein at the entrance - great atmosphere. Location. Very good breakfast. Free parking behind the hotel. the pillow - too soft!. Very bad wi-fi connection on the second floor. Elsewhere is better but way too slow.
