Solucionaron rapidamente el problema de no disponer de una de las habitaciones que habíamos reservado, debido a que llegamos tarde al hotel.
Habitación amplia y recién reformada. Trato excelente, buen desayuno y buena situación para bajar en coche a Trier en pocos minutos. -

Staff was outstanding. Got in late after dinner was served, staff still made us sandwiches. Hotel is very neat. Came back to stay the second night and had and excellent dinner. Let them know if you want smoking or none smoking room. Great for a short getaway. - Very friendly welcome and helpful at all times, good hearty German food,superb breakfast

Location within a beautiful park only a short stroll to city through the park grounds and then along the river. Staff were superb. The hospitality and friendliness of the family who run this hotel. Good food and wine. Excellent value. We arrived late at 9:15 pm after a long days ride and they cooked us a meal. Family run hotel. Alberto, proprietor and manager greeted us well and was extremely helpful. Although his English wasn't great he went out his way to help us by using other staff members & even a transalator!
Breakfast was a treat as he made sure we was full before we left. Eggs, coffee, toast, croissant the full works!

We were there for a week end. It was really fantastic! Bianca and Alberto, the new Villa's managers, were really great! I will recommend to anyone to stay here mainly for: the friendship of the staff, the care in all the details, the extreme cleaning of all the structure, the good cuisine, the big and spacious rooms, enormous bathrooms, the nice position, the garden in the back where to enjoy relaxing moments.
