A nice touch in the heat of the summer was that none alcoholic drinks were provided free of charge in the mini-bar. - Staff was very helpfull and the hotel was a grand old world castle !!!! Very good value for the price.

Lovely hotel, very nice terasse, full of flowers and extremely clean, located on the banks of hte Rhine. The staff were very friendly, we had arrived later in the evening, but they had waited for us. It was a great surprise to know the hotel. We arrived late afternoon and
were greeted by the owners who run the hotel like a luxurious home. They
spoiled us all the time: I was cold and she gave me some pills for flu;
when we went way, in the morning, the owners even gave us valuable tips
for the car rides. The hotel has a restaurant by the River Rhine which
is very charming.

Location is very convenient you may travel either by car or train. Frankfurt downtown is 15 minutes. Wiesbaden and Mainz are also nearby. The owners are keen to satisfy every need from bed preference to restaurant recommendation. Next time I will chose this place when having business around. -

Very pleasant and nicely decorated flat with 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is brand new with excellent Internet connection and large flat TV screens. We also appreciated the nice welcome and the impressive breakfast.
Very close to the city center with Heidelberg only 20 mn away by the motorway.

Jumeirah Frankfurt is a modern luxurious hotel located in the heart of Frankfurt shopping areas. Excellent room, very clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom with rain shower and bathtub with l'occitane toiletries. Very good breakfast with is served in the hotel restaurant but for an extra cost (in our cost).

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. very friendly staff, the apartment was clean, spacious, and had all facilities ,drinks (mineral water, juice, beer and wine), nuts plus fruits were offered free of charge as a welcome gift , the breakfast was good,and valuable for money, it was just perfect.it is the best place (value for money) i ever stayed in Wiesbaden in the last 20 years.. -
