  Apart from being a wonderful hotel, I would like to state that the staff were the most friendly, courteous, polite people I have met in a hotel in a long time. They couldn't do enough to help in any situation, directions, taxi's etc and they also wished us, as Irish soccer supporters the best of luck for the game !! - Service was too good.   We came off a boat trip up the Rhine and found the hotel an easy 15min walk to the hotel from the landing. We found the staff most helpful as we only speak English. They directed us to a great little German pub with very good food at an excellent price. The host was a hoot!! Not our first choice. Yet the staff was very friendly and helpful despite being very busy and overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The castle next door is gorgeous!
