La señora del hotel te ayuda muchísimo en cualquier duda que tengas para llegar a algún lugar. El desayuno era muy bueno y la limpieza excelente. Muy céntrico,en pleno Kudamm,y lo mejor es que te dan la llaves para que durante tu estancia la tengas tú y salgas y entres cuando quieras. The flat located right near to Ku'damm, 5-7 min to the Charlottenburg S-bahn station. Clean and newly renovated, well equipped, just the same as on pictures.
The weather was pretty nasty at the time of our stay and the owner kindly offered to check-out later. That was really helpful! -

Very clean, good neigbourhood, 5 min walk from U Bhan, very good price. What I liked most is the fact that the hotel manager was never tired of giving us good touring advices, according to our interests. I might also add that although check in time is at mid day, they waited for us until our flight arrived at midnight, aroung 1 AM. That's what a go
