As a disabled traveller I was really delighted with the hotel.
The grab rails in the bathroom for toilet use and the grab rails for shower use were exactly where they should have been, this making my stay both comfortable & safe.

The staff were very pleasant and professional and hard working particularly keeping the restaurant well stocked during peak times at breakfast. Everywhere in the hotel was quiet, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated.
Absolute value for money would have no hesitation to recommend this particular Holiday Inn Express.

Buen desayuno. Amabilidad - This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. Very friendly and humorous staff. Nice, clean and spacious room/bathroom. Conveniently located next to Altona station with easy access to everywhere. We had reserved paid parking in the basement but still the receptionist gave us the choice to cancel it and park on the street for free. Free Wifi. This is the place to stay if you are in Hamburg

I was totally impressed with the Hotel and it's staff and not to mention the close proximity to the public train system. Best bang for your buck for those travelers looking to country hop and need a clean and comfortable room. I've been traveling in Europe for two months and will now only stay at Meininger Hotels. Thanks again for the A+ experience.
