  The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved. The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good). If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street. The parking area is great; they charge 15euro/day.   Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Apartment was clean, spacious and as described on the website. Friendly staff. We had a maintenance issue and the staff dealt with it promptly. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin.
