We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. underground and tram and bus connections. However, it was a little too
far to walk to the main attractions. The apartment was fantastic - very
spacious and the beds were very comfortable - and the children loved the
indoor swimming pool.

The staff was very friendly but some appeared a bit reserved.
The location is great, it took about 20min to walk to the central station/city (the neighborhood is also very good).
If you prefer the metro the nearest station is just down the street.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1. Está bien situado. - Perfect location - access to public transport right at the door. Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.

La limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones. La nuestra era muy silenciosa. Camas y cuarto de baño estupendos. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Berlin. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. - su ubicacion para hacer turismo es muy buena. Las habitaciones muy amplias y muy bien aisladas,nada de ruido a pesar de dar a la estacion de trenes.

Me and my friend stayed for 4 nights. It was really good place to stay, walking distance to shops and some tourist spots, transportation was so close. The staff was really helpful Alex, he even helped us to reserved a taxi going to tegel airport since we had esrly flight. He even gave us a quick introduction of the history. Good value of money, wifi was not all the time work, but it was fasr though. I will still choose this place next time i visit berlin. Overall....thumbs up.

Loved it very much! Italian restaurand, with good food for little money and friendly staff, next door made my kitchenett pontless, and i don't regret it. it's very close to many "must see" places. Really 5 minutes walk to Haupbanhoff (with heavy luggages add extra 10 minutes time), by taxi 1,5 minutes to drive. No screaming party drunks were heard in 5 days of my stay. suits very well for families.
