La limpieza y comodidad de las habitaciones. La nuestra era muy silenciosa. Camas y cuarto de baño estupendos. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por Berlin. We had a studio apartment and it worked out well. We were able to buy a few breakfast items, snacks, and beverages. Small kitchenette did not have a stove, but had a microwave and all the needed dishes and utensils. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. This is a beautiful hotel and we wished we could have stayed a month instead of 3 days. 4 poster bed was just as shown on the website. We weren't aware of the lack of an airconditioner as it wasn't necessary in the spring weather. Location was good once we'd found out where the nearest underground was (as opposed to Central Railway). -

Great location, very nice and modern design of the hotel. Everything we needed was in our room, incl. set for tea/coffee preperation - which is very important for us. Room was very silent. We didn't hear any noises from the outside or from other rooms/corridors. Super comfortable, large bed. I truly recommend that hotel! -

The staff especially Joy was very helpful with making reservations for us as well as giving us directions . The rooms were clean and the hotel was not noisy even though our windows faced a main street.

Me encanto la ubicación en Sony center, los servicios con los que cuenta el departamento son utilez y confortables. - We loved everything about the Alitania apartments, the apt was just like home, bright, extremely clean beautifully furnished. The location is superb. It was our 3rd time in Berlin in 2 years but our first staying in an apartment.

We are planning on returning and staying there again next year. - The apartment was very clean and central and had excelent facilities. There is a shopping centre 20 meters from the front door that has 2 supermarkets in the basement. There must be at least 30 restuarants witin walking distance as well as the sony centre. There is also a Starbucks in the same block. The staff were very heplful. Especially Mela Ikanovic.

We loved its proximity to the main train station (it can be reached in around 10 min walk). However, the area in which it is located is under construction so reaching the hotel carrying luggage was quite a pain (took us 25 min). In our room we found some brochures at the back of which there were some discount coupons for Madame Tussauds and Sealife. We were happy to use them and get 2 tickets for the price of 1.
