Berlin. Location was excellent for us (5 min. Walk from S-Bahn station).
We were able to reach the city center in ca. 30 min. From the apartment.

Everything written by previous visitors about this apartment is true. Clean, comfortable, roomy, in a quiet and safe place, 5-7 minutes walking time from an S-Bahn station, very welcoming persons meeting you on the day of arrival. Choosing this place to stay in Berlin was really lucky for us. A little hint for those who will use the famous "tricky shower": turn the water flow to maximum, and the temperature will not be so volatile (lesser water flow can result in the heater switching off).

I liked everything!! the owner was already there waiting for us an hour before we arrived, and he was really nice. Very nice and quite neighborhood, next to the train stop, and a very safe location. The room was warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped. Highly recommended! -

Todo. Nos sentimos como en casa. El trato del dueño estupendo y la independencia del sitio. Apartamento con la habitación en la misma sala que la cocina pero con mucha comodidad, limpieza, luz y sencillez. Ahorras dinero con la cocina y descansas como si estuvieras viviendo allí. -
