  So well appointed, everything one might normally expect in a classy hotel was there. A neat touch was the magazine rack, even if we couldn't read German! The staff were excellent and able converse easily in English which enhanced the visit for us. I will definitely stay here again, and I have already reccommneded it to friends and colleague

  The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience.   Excellent.We stayed in this hotel only for one night , but it is suffice to say that we felt homey. Commodious , cleanness of the rooms , very good breakfest. If we will come again to the Hamburg , we will prefer to stay in this hotel. Thanks for all staff so much ! - Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Restaurant was good.
