Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. There was wi-fi available and they served a varied and good breakfast, which was included in the price. Room was small, but comfy, with street view. They've cleaned and arranged the room every day. The hotel is in St. Pauli, so two streets away there were a lot of sex shops, but the actual street and area are clean and quiet. Very good restaurants and pubs nearby. todo comentarios » This hotel has perfect central location close to the event I was attending in Hamburg. The room was in perfect order and fine standard. Efficient car park is available. The breakfast was far above my expectations - really good food all the way around. Excellent location. Staff was great. We stayed in an apartment for 6-8 ppl in which the bathrooms (yes, bathroomS) must have been renovated only recently - nice! Breakfast (incl.) was great and had everything we wished for (except bacon, perhaps...). the front desk young lady was very friendly and clear in all explanations. Very good breakfast, everybody very helpful and smiling and friendly. it's a 2-star that can be considered a 3-star. Great location, small rooms but clean, free wifi. Convenient location - minutes away from Hamburg's notorious Reeperbahn, loads of cafe's and restaurants in the proximity of the hotel, metro/train station very nearby, friendly staff. Leaving the windows open makes it very noisy (busy street: traffic in the morning hours, nightlife at night). There was no shampoo/shower gel - one can of liquid soap was used for everything. The front steps to the reception were not customer friendly. Nothing. Shower was poor. Shower head broke, but was fixed. No parking first night. The second night they told me I couldn't bring the key with me when leaving the hotel, fair enough, but no one ever told me that before. The guy told me so that I'd know "for the next time". Well maybe for the next time you should tell your guests if you have any special rules on check in. Parking garage was cramped and steep as hell but not a real problem.
