Friendly staff at check-in. Nice room on the 6th floor (603). Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. Wifi signal was strong, and free for all three of my devices. Real hangers (not the anti-theft type), a free bottle of sparkling water a nice touch. Great sauna and clean exercise equipment. All-in-all, a great place to stay, IMO. -

hotel moderno,buenas instalaciones,habitaciones muy nuevas,grandes y comodas,el hotel no esta lejos del centro(aunque es un poligono industrial),buen desayuno(horario de este muy amplio),calidad-precio excelente.zona tranquila - Facilidad de aparcamiento. No muy distante del centro de la ciudad.

The hotel's fashion is new,it gives you a feeling that its a 5 stars hotel although its not,staff are very friendly,the hotel's location is excellent just 2 train stations from Frankfurt HBF,very easy to find beside Messe train station, and just 15 minutes walk from city center,it is in a very quiet area where you can enjoy rest @ night,in my next visit to Frankfurt I will sure stay again in this wonderful hotel

Can't believe it's "only" a three star hotel! Have been to several four star hotels which don't reach the standard of this one. three stops in from the airport is the Hbf, where majority of the city's hotels are. It is also the Red Light District. Many reviews have issues with the area, but this doesnt reflect on the hotel to me. If you're in Frankfurt for more than a few nights, go further into the city or rent an apartment

Hot drink facilities even in the single rooms. Outside on the streets: prostitutes, drug dealers, mayhem. A suitable hotel for a blitz biz trip only.

All staff were very helpful and polite. We were made to feel very welcome from the start of our holiday. The rooms were spotlessly clean and had excellent facilities. Superb choice at breakfast too. Prime location, 10 minutes walk from the Festhalle/Messe and the No.17 tram stop right outside the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this
