The very helpful staff who gave us all the information we needed to get to St Goar by Train including how to us the automatic ticket machine and what was the best value tickets. We were really pleased with the way we were treated by of all the people at the hotel and did not have to struggle talking very poor German as they spoke to us in English all the time. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.
