La limpieza y el buen servicio. Los carritos de maletas que se pueden llevar hasta el cuarto, el servicio de shuttle al aeropuerto, y que hay suficiente jabon en el baño - esta muy bonito el hotel, solo un poco escondido

La 1ª noche tuvimos un problema de ruidos de trafico en la habitacion porque una de las ventanas no cerraba bien y daba a la calle. Nos la cambiaron la noche siguiente por una superior, que daba al rio y con un suplemento minimo. - Espectacular desayuno. Personal servicial. Habitacion moderna

the staff were extremely helpful. Anything that you would want they would try and get for you. - Although not in centre the U-bahn makes it very easy to get anywhere, and there are plenty restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Lovely pool and sauna area.

Great location to start a day of sightseeing. Close to Zoo station and shopping area, but thanks to soundproof windows quiet at night. Beautiful decorated room and an amazing "rain-shower". -

Overall, I strongly recommend this hote -
The room & bathroom are v clean and new. The lady at the reception was v friendly, helpfull & funny. We loved her. The hotel is in a quite area but the tram is just accross the street & the underground is 5 min walk & take 10 min to reach the center of the city. The price is gr8. Wifi is good and free. I would come back to this hotel if i visit berlin again

Staying in the hotel provides a very good combination of modern hotel features and good placement.. Our room was compact, bright and very quiet despite facing the railway. It was like in a silent movie watching through the window: train arrived, passengers went out, train went further.

Very conventiently located near the Central Station, but also near the Reichstag, Friedrichstrasse (shopping) and Brandenburger Tor. Close to the S- and U-Bahn. Eventhough it was so close to the trainstation, we didn´t hear the trains inside. Quick check in and check out and nice service in the bar when we had a drink there one night. We didn´t take breakfast in the hotel as there are so many spots around to have breakfast or lunch.
