  Everything's fine with this hotel - thoroughly recommended. We had a nice big room and the hotel's in a quite location. Free bicycle loan is very handy for this city.   The host family was originally from Armenia and were helpfull and welcoming. Their first language was Russian and second was German but they speak a fair English too.
