El hotel es muy cómodo, tiene unas excelentes instalaciones y tienes un excelente descanzo, sobre todo para los viajeros de negocios que solo van de hotel en hotel ó aeropuerto en aeropuerto. Definitivamente recomendado para viajes de placer por igual :) -

Location is preferable as it takes only 10-15 minutes walk to reach terminals from hotel and stil minibus transfer is avaiolable for 3-5 minutes drive to terminal and/or back! - We liked the food, the clean room, the courteous service - especially the Ethiopi

This is a modern, up-to-date hotel. The rooms are very quiet and very clean. A refrigerator and a room safe are a big plus.
Location right next to an S-Bahn station is great for traveling, and the stores there are good for picking up food and snacks. If the weather is humid, the A/C works great.
We would definitely stay here again if in Hamburg

If you have business with the University Clinic-it is ideal. If you visit Hamburg, it is also fine, as it is located close to trendy Eppendorf. Very nice breakfast. -
Excellent, friendly staff - all speaking perfect English and very attentive and helpful. Made our Hamburg visit one to cherish. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very pleasant staff and rooms are fantastic! Location right next to Hagenbeck Tierpark makes it a great choice for Families and the Bus and Trains are leaving 500 m away to get into town in 15 minutes!!!

Provides extra facilities compared to a usual hotel. Friendly, new and great to have food, bar, pool, spa all in one venues. Bus stop at gate great also . We would stay here again anytime. -
