It's great for families! We were there with my 11 and 13 year old. They had bunk beds and there is a wall between their beds and the main bed. It's close to the train station where there are all sorts of bakeries and a grocery store for food and snacks. We didn't get the breakfast. We all used the free Wifi! The situation - near to the main station and with a tram to the town centre 2 minutes walk away. Free parking. Good breakfast but costs 7.50 Euros extra! -
It's very simple and nice. We stay in a very nice room, confort beds, and the bathroom is very clean and confortable.
All the facilities are new and nice.

There were some shops close by where I could pass the time. Also as a solo traveller it was easy to get to the hotel since they provided the shuttle service which was very efficient. Unfortunately I arrived from a long-haul flight and I wasn't very well so didn't wasn't able to enjoy the facilities. - Thank you for securing our ski bag and two gia

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T

Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.
