  Nice location in village but near Baden-Baden, good clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent service, good food -we ate there every night.   We picked this hotel at random on the way back from Turkey and Rastatt was about the right distance from San Marino. The owners of the hotel made us very welcome so we decided to eat in their restaurant. The food and drinks were excellent and priced very reasonably. The food was ample and fresh. And a bonus for us, the restaurant prepared amazing evening meals. It was great to come "home" at the end of the day, enjoy a great meal, with wine or beer and not have to drive to a hotel.

After we arrived we wanted to go for a walk and the staff advised us that the view from the top of the hill, through the vineyards was excellent at sunset. It was! It is NOT in Baden Baden (10 min drive) but is in a very beautiful and quiet area among vineyards with nice views from many rooms. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming.
