  Male receptionist was great, have done research and knew who we were when we arrived, great service, lovely rooms with large bathrooms. Nice homemade jams for breakfast - nice location, charming hotel and situation

  The room was simple, but had everything we needed. The location was rural but easy to find. Meals were delicious, beautifully presented and very reasonable using very fresh produce from the gardens, including the jams served for breakfast.
