Air-conditioning, exterior blinds, huge bathroom, well-equipped kitchen. The owners were there upon arrival to welcome us and explain everything.

  Very smart clean apartment for our group of six in a beautiful place. Small, quiet development in attractive residential area. We traveled to Annecy by train and were able to do lots without a car. Gilles picked us up at the bus stop with our bags and helped us settle in. Sevrier is on West side of the lake, on bus and cycle routes, with amazing v... lo que la gente dice » iews. Just far enough from Annecy to be away from the crowds, but with 2 supermarkets, sports shop, cycle hire and bell museum a short walk away. We - Marc (the caretaker?) was kind and helpful. We traveled with 6 people (12 years old to 76) so we needed a small kitchen for breakfasts and light dinners, laundry facilities, plenty of hot water for showers, a parking space (which was free), close to Annecy and the walking/biking trails, close to a grocery store. All our needs were met and the price was fair. We also enjoyed the patio.

  Rooms are clean and big. Stunning view facing the lake from the top of the hill. - The location was superb! Great athmosphere and the wildlife was incredible.

  This is a nice appart hotel with everything you need in economy holiday. There is a good kitchen with cooking battery. The supermarket is just 500 metres from the hotel. Even can't say a bad word about it! - Design of the reception area & rooms. Well equipped and clean.
