The food was absolutely amazing! Possibly the best food I have ever eaten! Lots of information was provided at the hotel and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. The room was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the nice, warm bathtub. The balcony and view was also very nice--although it was a little too cold to enjoy these. Again, I cannot say enough how amazing the food was--delicious! The location of the hotel is perfect--slightly off the beaten path. We would love to stay here again.
todo comentarios » Although the owners had not taken account of our prior request for all single beds in 4 different rooms, they reacted immediately on arrival to sort things out, which was impressive. Rooms do vary in quality and size, but a good location, we went with half board which gave us good basic (cycling) food for dinner. The lake view from the hotel was excellent. It is just 20 min walk from the Annecy city centre and the walk along the lake is very soothing. The staff was very polite and did their best to help whenever asked for. For beeing a budget option (2 Star hotel) is pretty comfortable and located close to Annency center. Rooms are comfortable and restaurant food is rather good (although a bit expensive). The view was great. Location was close to the lake side and restaurants. It also had ample off street free parking. Helpful receptionist, easy reach to Annecy. by car 5 min, if you run 15. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Very nice hotel, beatiful scenery. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good restaurant downstairs. It has nice balconies overlooking the lake, which is an easy walk. Evening meal was fine, too. Staff were lovely. Couldn't be more friendly. Big rooms. Lovely view. Family run and helpful staff. It was convient location justaccross from the lake. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but big language barrier. Location and lake. Flat firm bed, easy to find, wider area, short walk to walk. Nice stuff but not well organised. Surroundings. The internet was not working in the evening when we needed it to plan our activities for the next day. We spoke to the staff in the morning and they worked to fix it, but by then it was not needed. On a good note though, there were lots of resources in the hotel to look at to help us plan our day. It is not very spacious. The room and the toilet were quite small. Just one thing, the service do not speak a word of english. Difficult to communicate for non-French speakers. Romm for four was bit small, however the price justified this fact. WiFi wasn't working. No fan in the bathroom. We arrived very late after a very difficult journey & the hotel had a different name!!! As a result we lost the first night sleeping in the car(-6 c ). Wifi reception was quite bad, in the room it wasn't working at all. Meanwhile in the lobby there is no place to sit down with your notebook. In contrast to pricey huge apple lcd in the reception, the window panel sealant is stuck everywhere on the window. These details should be repaired, however the room was generally okay. The room was very small for 5 people, we could barely move around and there was no place for our luggage. Couldnt get into the closet as the bunk bed in front of the door. Could use screens on the windows so they can be opened for air without bugs coming in. Tired decor, no air conditioning. Traffic noise, busy road, view, shabby showers. Poor contact with client, rooms were not ready, without heating, heating was not working,information on website (open time, handicap facilities) are not current. Teenage boy makes management decisions. Very small pokey rooms. Different to internet photos. Not friendly to english speakers. Poor bathroom (bad condition) Near the busy road On the dates of our stay internet doesn't work.
