  Room is comfortable. As others have said it is opposite the G.H. Mumm cellars (which are expensive and commerical FYI) - but that is about all its near. It is a 15 minute walk to town (and the restaurants), and a 10 minute walk to the supermarket. This didn't bother us at all though. Very secure parking on site. The reception is closed after 18:30 but hotel contacted me in advance and provided all the details for late check in which I really appreciated as we did arrive late.

  The room was spacious and the decoration was simple but rather pleasant. It was nice to have some facilities in the small kitchenet. The proximity of the hotel to the centre is very good and the parking space available was excellent. The addition of a dishwasher in the mini kitchen was very nice indeed and electric cooker and microwave made making simple meals for the day trip easier. The price I would say is just right for a family if four. Ample living space, clean showers and toilets.

  Good location, very reasonable prices, but the staff is what made our stay exceptional. We arrived to find that my wife had mistakenly booked our stay for a month in advance of the actual date we needed. Another 5 mins walking and you are outside the gothic cathedral. Rooms are appartment styled with basic kitchen of kettle, micro, fridge etc. breakfast available for €10 which is pastries, breads, meat, cheese, eggs, juice and tea/coffee.
